3 create   me schedule accding project  schedule 
根据项目主计划，制订、更新新项目和转移项目me分计划 
4 create production layout 
制订生产布局图 
5 create  apply equipment, tooling  wkstation budget, create rfo f them 
制订设备、工装、工位器具的预算并申请相关经费 和采购要求 
6 create tooling  wkstation drawing if required 
如需要，准备工装和工位器具的图纸 
7 searching  determine equipment, tooling  wkstation suppliers 
寻找并确定设备、工装、工位器具的供应商并跟踪制造进度和制造质量 
8 new equipment  tooling installation, trail  qualify 
新设备和新工装的安装、调试和验收 
9 study  carry out bos  customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements  engineering changes 
研究并执行宝适内部和客户提供的相关图纸、标准、质量要求和工程变更 
10 attend internal p- fmea ce team  d-fmea team if possible 
参加内部p－fmea小组，如可能也要参加d-fmea小组 
11 create wk / rewk instruction, create control plan  inspection instruction if required 
制订工作/返工指导，如需要协助制订质量控制计划和检验指导 
12 create   the production bom befe sop 
制订并更新量产前的生产物料清单 
13 create production process 
制订生产流程 
14 create  trail ramp up plan 
制订并跟踪产量爬坡计划 
15 production ganizing  preparing befe sop 
量产前的生产组织和准备 
16 trail mass production till 3 months after sop 
跟踪量产情况，直到sop后3个月 

requirement 要求 
1. above bachel degree, maj in eninery  related field 
本科以上学历, 机械类相关专业 
2. experience in automotive industry at least 3 years. familiar with engineering technology, product development process 
至少3年以上汽车行业工作经验, 熟悉工程技术, 产品开发流程 
3. strong communication skill both in english  chinese 
很强的中文及英文的沟通能力 
4 strong confidential sense  can resolve complex problems neatly 
较强的保密意识, 能灵活地处理复杂的问题
