Responsibility: 
1.Overall development  implementation of purchasing plan f materials in accdance with the target set by the company  carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing manager  designed team leader. 
2.To identify , assess  propose suppliers in accdance with the target set by the company  the purchasing stard procedure operation procedures. 
3.To audit  control of the suppliers on terms of their overall perfmance ( such as the quality , delivery etc ) 
4.To monit the changes of the market price  conditions  analysis the impact of such changes to the competition. 
5.To conduct the value analysis f each of the components in relation with make –buy-subcontract choices. 
6.Purchasing documents  data management. 
7.Secret responsibility f the relative infmation of technology  business etc. 
8.As a member of the purchasing team , participate into overall purchasing development wk.

Reqiurement: 
1.Above college degree 
2.Good English skill both in al  written 
3.Above 2 years relative wking experience in metal  plastic parts, Automotive industry wking experience is preferred 
4.Underst project development process & APQP 
5.Strong communicate & negotiation skill
